its probs just for a little while beebs
if you deprive yourself of even a little bit of food or feel like yr depriving yourself then that will trigger relapses
and you usually can't exercise immediately or until you stop other symptoms b/c ppl can switch disorders rly fast during the early days of recovery
eventually you'll be able to start just hold on and talk about yr fears

yeah it sucks but talk to the nutritionist about it
mb this isn't ur problem but i did end up switching symptoms rather than recovering at first :/
