to lose 1 lb a week i have to eat 1200 calories....yeah ok see my goal weight in 2020

slow weight loss is fine, as long as ur eating less than ur bmr ur losing weight. any exercise u do on top of it helps too

i am a master at slow weight loss. it took me a year to lose 20 lbs.

you're losing weight if you're eating less than you're burning - as in less than your tdee

you don't need to go under bmr and tbh, recovered ed nona here, it's not a gr8 idea anyway
