i want to encourage as much caution as i can but sometimes we just have to do what we have to do. honestly, if you are on them already a lot of clinics and doctors will just end up saying "okay, here, better under our supervision."

i wouldn't necessarily recommend that way and it obviously comes with risks, but lbr we all know theres many ppl in situations where we cant access professional care for whatever reason and its just not realistic
i was in a rlly desperate situation at that time but much better off now
