i don't have lunks to anyone specific but in the past there were ppl taking history they learned on tumblr (idr if it was asexy history) and the professor basically told them "no, that's not true and here's why" and explained to them why it was wrong and why they shouldn't trust random ppl on the internet
and they came back to tumblr to call him a bigot for not believing in a tumblr history lesson
the worst offenders are the "my professor doesn't think [stupid shit] is real. reblog if you agree that [stupid thing] is true, like if u disagree that [stupid shit] is true!!!!"
it's the perfect storm of self-involved tumblr nonsense. suppress dissent by only counting likes as disagreement, fucking tumblr reblogs as evidence, and being so up their ass they think they know more than the person they're literally paying to teach them
