this is harm reduction only: if you're amab trans and have money for out of pocket, you do have an option to get spiro and estradiol from inhousepharmacy and order your own lab tests through various sites that let you do that now. its not hard to order and read them if you do the research. obv at your own risk. always be honest with yourself about it. get to a supportive doctor if you can. do not think that taking more will get you where you want to be faster etc. this is never safe but for SOME people its better than being dangerously stuck in hopeless dysphoria for months or years and better than than the street estrogen from mexico.

i wouldn't necessarily recommend that way and it obviously comes with risks, but lbr we all know theres many ppl in situations where we cant access professional care for whatever reason and its just not realistic
i was in a rlly desperate situation at that time but much better off now
this is made for doctors by other health care professionals to give specific advice on how to properly treat trans ppl. i would honestly advice printing it out and throwing it at any dr who u have to be with for any real amount of time who is unfamiliar w/ trans patients
there's a .com and a .vu version of their site, the .com version requires a rx but the .vu version doesn't. but u can't pay w/ a credit card on the .vu version, u have to use echeck which can be a pita
