honestly, if you are on them already a lot of clinics and doctors will just end up saying "okay, here, better under our supervision."


nayrt but this is exactly what i did tbh.

i wouldn't necessarily recommend that way and it obviously comes with risks, but lbr we all know theres many ppl in situations where we cant access professional care for whatever reason and its just not realistic

i was in a rlly desperate situation at that time but much better off now
