rachel hasn't appeared in the game. she might but she hasn't yet. she's been missing the whole game and you play as max and meet up w/ childhood friend chloe and try to solve her disappearance. chloe admits she had a crush on rachel (but it's never confirmed if it was reciprocated but it might have been)
it's heavily implied that max and chloe are into each other, but there's also a guy who's into max so there's still a concern it'll end on a hetero note
