how many serial killers do you think are free in the u.s. right now? there are at least two in ohio. there are probably more in other states.

and the youngstown one is mentioned here, along with a gary, ind. killer who was almost certain darren vann - the murders the reporter listed all fit his m.o. of leaving strangled women in abandoned buildings, and he was caught in gary.
