my meds were making me feel like shit and i was having horrible depression and suicidality. i always have parasuicide (where u plan but don't do it) but i was frustrated rlly. she involuntaried me and threatened me with it again. i canceled an appt i have with her and am trying to get in contact with my case worker rn
