i'm trying to buy some panties from amazon and i know i'm a 7-8 in numbered panty sizes, but idk if that's an XL or XXL or 1X. for reference, i'm a size 16W.

prob xl or xxl

i fluctuate between size 16-18 and i've worn xl, xxl and 1x

i think i wear a 1x rn and i'm size 18 so that would prob be too big for you

it's hard because tight underwear is uncomfortable but so is saggy underwear
