every year during the summer i get a heat rash on the backs of my hands and my arms, and it always lasts for weeks before going away. it's always in the same place, i never get it anywhere else, but it's rly itchy an i'm not good at not scratching it so the bumps scab over and it looks awful
i mentioned it to my mom b/c it's happening again (it's already been over a week) and my mom was like "wat, isn't heat rash only supposed to last a few days? r u sure it's a heat rash and not smthing more srs? mb u should go to a dr"
and now i'm freaking out :(
it probs only lasts longer b/c i scratch it, right?
i pick and it takes 5ever to heal bc i keep scratching and picking the same spot all the time. i have one on my knee that's been there almost two months.
also i spend so much time indoors and never leave the house my mom will probs die of laughter if i'm like "so it turns out i'm allergic to sunlight" lql
lol aw biba being allergic to the sun isn't that bad. you just have to take some practical steps and know your limits.
there are toooooooons of shirts and sleeves with UV protection in them, i've got a pair for the car and a pair i carry around. i recently started getting eruptions on my face so now i have to wear a big goofy hat.
