i don't weigh myself but i mostly stopped eating fast food about 9 months ago and now my pants are all loose

i've never tried to lose weight but isn't 1/2 pounds a week what's recommended?

no more than 2 lbs a week is healthy. one half pound is actually the healthiest to start with bc slowly converting your diet and building up your tolerance to exercise is actually rlly important for change that lasts.

back when I was competing it was normal for us to lose like 5-10 lbs in water weight after every match or practice

real weight, probably about 12 lbs a month
