nonas this is silly but i have a question about contacting a seller on etsy. i ordered something from a shop nearly a month ago and i never received it. the tracking page is stuck on 'in transit' but it said it arrived in my city already...only it never wound up in my PO box/the post office never sorted it

it's a lot of money to lose and i'm not sure what i should say. idk these things always make my anxiety skyrocket

i've never sold on etsy but i sell a lot on ebay, and i always help my buyers, so hopefully they will too!
