it must be really demoralizing to see ppl that can never get better

in a weird way coming to terms with the fact that i'd always prob struggle in some way with mental issues even with help has made me not hate myself as much

i feel like nonas have never met anyone like that

depressed ppl do not need to feel coddled all the time, they know how to read and understand things without having to rely on optimistic bs that makes them feel worse bc it's not working like they want.

but some people are too far gone and its a sad thing and they deserve sympathy for it but false hope does look condescending
