bc middle schoolers can't read the same stuff adults can? maybe they dumbed down the text for the kids? i don't fuckin know, all i know is it's weird to have the same book be classified for children in one library and for adults in another

you may not have heard of a young adult series that is also read by adults before, harry potter is pretty obscure
