i gave myself food poisoning because i didn't know how to properly use the heat settings while cooking meat

and that was with online instructions

sry nona :( i'm not sure how that happened tho - bad instructions? it's usually "cook on medium heat for x time." i don't cook meat often but i haven't managed to screw it up when the instructions were ok.
