it won't have the creamy cheese layers, but it will still be a pasta/red sauce/meat/cheese bake so it will probably be pretty good

you can make cottage cheese at home tho, that's why it's called "cottage" actually

hmm with milk right? i know you can make ricotta with milk and i think lemon juice

i want to try it actually. all i have is almond milk rn tho lol
