i just about shat myself. i was looking at my hmo website to see if i owed any money and there was this thing with the deductibles on it on the bill part and said the amount was outstanding. i was like what the fucking fuck. and then i checked the claims and everything was paid. i still don't even know but i'm pretty sure i don't owe $4,000
