nona ive recently been trying to get involved w/ grassroots social justice stuff, but some of the ppl ive been volunteering with are like radical, militant animal liberation activists. my family is in farming and i have grown up hunting and raising my own animals. i would genuinely fear for my safety if these ppl ever found out the truth about my family (they are mostly men, and kind of loud and aggressive about everything) and idk. i really enjoy the work im doing otherwise but i feel on edge every time im around these dudes.
