well, if someone pressures them into it, definitely
if someone is doing it out of sheer desperation, and hates having their image out their like that and feels demeaned or like they have to accept disrespect from the men they talk to, that's not a good thing
but i think camming leaves open the door for more ppl who are happy doing it than porn or prostitution are. one of the big distinctions is most cammers dont have sex with other ppl. and they dont put their live at risk by engaging in sex acts or meeting strange men in hotel rooms. its definitely less unpleasant than porn or prostitution for those reasons
