my senior yr of college i dated 3 dudes who all knew about each other and it wasn't serious

anyway one got stupidly intense and he ended up hurting me really bad so we didn't speak and i ended up with another of the 3

i've been with him for a few years and things are kind of shitty now. dude #1 has come back into my life and it's like things/feelings are the same as they were back in college. i feel so shitty about it idek. it's like i'm addicted to this dude.

that's a sign of a toxic relationship. don't stay with current dude if you don't want but definitely don't go back to the other guy
