where i volunteer we have 2 diff storage spaces and i am in charge of 1 and letting the person who orders supplies know when we need stuff at that one. and someone else just sent an email letting her know we were out of something at the other one, so she emailed out the list asking me and anyone else who's been there if we're out there too and WE ARE NOT OUT WE HAVE ONE LEFT but someone who went there already responded "we're out there too!!!!"
and now i look irresponsible and poor at doing my job and the person ordering supplies sent an email like "yeah make sure to let me know"
