mom offered to buy me an outfit to wear to my cousin's wedding saturday. we went to the mall and i picked out some stuff after getting help from the sales ppl since i have no style. mom wanted me to wear white pants and/or something with matching colors. instead, i picked khaki slacks, a blue studded tank top, and a white blazer. but she RLY wanted me to wear a dress, but that wasn't about to happen

so when the guy is ringing me up, my comments loudly that we could have gone to goodwill and picked out the same outfit. i told her she didn't have to wear it, and she told me not to get cute with her. so she's pissed off that i chose my own outfit AND she insulted the ppl working in the store AND implied i only picked the outfit out of rebellion. but she fucking offered, so wtf. idg her reaction
