so i know marvel sold pieces of their filming rights to like 10 different studios and now there's a bunch of rules like they can't have mutants or xmen in the avengers franchise unless the xman is scarlet witch but then she cna't be called a mutant and also any galactus stuff is off limits unless they leave out the silver surfer and on and on and on

but can tchalla be in the avengers or is he owned by the studio that owns xmen because he's storms husband?
