ah shit i missed a dose of effexor for the first time today. i was okay for most of the day but i'm getting these weird spasms in my face and around my eyes and i'm rly struggling to concentrate.

should i take one now and completely fuck up my routine (it's 11pm here) or sleep it out and take one in the morning?

did u get side effects when u started taking it? if not, and if u have to stay awake for some reason, take one now and get back on ur regular schedule in the morning. otherwise g2b

but you definitely want to get it in you now, effexor is known for withdrawals from hell, and having been through snri withdrawal i can promise you that you want to ward it off the best you can
