i rly want honest criticism of my writing bc i want to improve and i hate when people just fob me off with "idk i liked it"

its fine if you ask for it, im talking about people who get buttmad at the thought of people not wanting crit and having the audacity to say that

but at the same time, if you don't specify that you're not looking for criticism you can't be surprised when people give it

which is why i say that and that doesnt make me an immature fanbrat who thinks she's god

so ask for it! lots of people are willing to give out honest criticism

believe me i've been where you are wrt both art and writing, but i've also been on the other side where i know what i've created is crap but i had fun doing it so w/e
