we should have a namie amnesty day. we need new namies before they can be new mods rly, since the mods won't trust any random nona, what w/ chad and juliet running around

so we just have a day where everyone who kind of wants to namie up but is scurred to gives it a try. including former namies who want a second chance

b/c if there are enough new namies at once it'll be hard for the trolls to zone in on a single new person, and there will be ~solidarity w/ all the other new namies, so even if you don't last the whole day/get run out early it'll be less awkward since there'll be a whole bunch of namies around. then if you last the whole day you'll have an idea of what being a namie is like and you'll also have a ~way in~ to posting regularly w/ your username.

then after a while, once people get to know the new namies, potential for new mods :D
