nonas i am trying to make a list and budget for buying new summer clothes

how many shirts and dresses would you buy? i am shopping at target/forever 21 so thats my price range. im thinking 3 shirts, 3 dresses, and then buying a few random pieces to accessorize will be good. and i already have shorts
