tw ed tl;dr sorry i rly need some advice :c

nas, is this unhealthy:

i'm currently trying to lose weight through diet/exercise and it's been working fairly well but i got a promotion which forces me to travel 1 or 2x per month. i end up "falling off the wagon" most of the time when i travel b/c there are long gaps in-between breaks/meals and often i start early and end late (like 7am-7pm) so that leaves little time to exercise (although i do manage to do it once or twice per trip), plus i have to eat out. i end up gaining most of the weight i lose the previous week(s). also, i've been slowly recovering from bulimia and i get REALLY triggered on these trips b/c i work conferences and they usually have buffet food and yeah it can be fucking difficult to control myself. anyway, i've started taking alli during the trips only and it's helped A LOT. i don't lose weight, but i also don't gain.

however, i feel like i'm using it as a crutch for my poor eating habits and i'm just not "doing enough"/i'm lazy/etc :c

i wish i could just stick with it but traveling just fucks up my routine.
