i am not allowed to paint my new place. the living room has three tiny windows, like 18 inches square, along the wall I plan to put the couch on. on the wall next to the front door there is one large window. they all already have horixontal blinds.

any ideas for cheaply dressing up this room? with more money i would do a big colorful rug (tile flooring) and a new sofa and put some prettythings on the walls but i am just about broke
