Ladies, don't even act like you dont know what your doing. In pictures on Facebook saying. "Ew my hair" or "ew I'm so fat" you clearly posted them anyways and it's obvious that you want people to comment on those features you pointed out giving yourself some false sence of confidence. 2, when you post a picture and have your face in the top of the picture it's obvious that you want the point of interest focused on, well your boobs. You cannot get mad at guys when the center, the very part where the average eye goes first, is generally you wearing a low cut shirt showing off your cleavage. 3 those pictures where there is 2 of you, you comment "omg my best friend is so gorgeous" it's only so that in favor you will also get a comment back, lying to your friends or giving them false compliments based on sheer self pleasure..
Girls if you wanna show your boobs on Facebook make the title "Look at my boobs" that's pretty much what the picture says anyways.
Girls if you want some compliments just say "how does this look?" stop being stupid and getting mad at guys when the comment on the very thing you set out to elaborate on.

so i crafted this routine for the gym for the first few times i go
