idk about your second question, but if you go the short route, i would hold off for a week or two before posting to see if anyone else goes longer, or do ones that aren't being filled/have already been filled but you want to write them anyway

no, i'd say most ops love multiple fills

but you could always ask something like "hey do you mind multipe fills?" first if you want to

go for it. you'd get the ball rolling and inspire other writers to fill prompts.

i'd warn just to be on the safe side.
