i always just google one :c

i like biba above's suggestion, though, chicken in a crockpot usually comes out really well

what do you have on hand--a whole chicken, legs & thighs, skinless boneless breasts? or is it already cooked? you could make a roast chicken with little potatoes and plenty of garlic and oregano and lemon.

or this is like something we'd make at home, my father's family is from chios, they really love their cinnamon.

if you're in a mood to make soup and you have several lemons, avgolemono soup is not all that hard, especially if you have an extra pair of hands to beat the eggs while you add the hot broth to them.

sorry, i'm feeling nostalgic for my dad's cooking!
