it has no straight up incest, but the relationships are hugely dysfunction and push the boundaries of incest to say the least

husband/son-in-law's mother

and then
audrina's husband and audrina's sister-cousin

plus the subtext between audrina and her father was really fucked up

and there's themes of rape too
