There is, indeed - how do you know which one your sister falls into? Like, what's your evidence that's she's unhappy? I would say go very carefully here, because there is nothing, nothing more painful and isolating than hassling a happy introvert. It would make me retreat away from what little social contact I felt comfortable with. I can't tell you how much this post freaks me out, and I'm shuddering at the thought that one of my siblings would come to me and say something like this.
