idk the particular route but i've yet to attend one rally/march/parade/inauguration/whatever in dc where there weren't ample port-a-johns out. plus if it's anywhere near any of the monuments, they're all situated close to public restrooms (the one by the mlk memorial is really nice), and then almost every store or coffee shop within walking distance will be open and you can dip in without anybody bugging you
