gonna ask my doctor if i can do a colonoscopy without sedation. should i just say that i read that it is overused and i think i can handle it without, or list off reasons? i don't want to make him think i will freak out (i won't, but i tend to give that impression i think), but i do want him to know i have thought this through and am serious about it
