i really hate this tumblr trend of raging at the racist things that first wave feminists said
wow who knew that white people in the 1800s were racist?!?!?!?
feminists aren't in their own special enlightened all inclusive category above the rest of society so don't go around saying FUCK FEMINISM OMG without looking at the larger historical context
people excuse horrible things white men throughout history have said with "well it was a different time" but love to shit all over women

i'm really sick for some reason. this all started in february when i got sick with bronchitis and "a lump on my tonsil", got given antibiotics that didn't help, had to go get more antibiotics, etc. well, after i was done that round of antibiotics, it came back (just the tonsil-lump, not the bronchitis). so they gave me more antibiotics.
and surprise surprise, it's back again!
i can barely swallow, and i have a fever, and i think that i have to call in sick to work tomorrow which sux because it's my only shift. and i know that when i go back to the dr they're just going to give me more antibiotics and it's probably not going to do anything and ughhh.
i should just ask them to cut out my tonsils y/y? i have health insurance (thanks, ontario) so like, this is actually a viable option.
