tl;dr time: i want to quit smoking, but at the same time i don't really care either. i don't think its the nicotine that i'm addicted to so nicotine patches or the like probably wouldnt help, seeing as how i regularly go a few days in a row without smoking or even thinking about it. i think its more the social aspect and the excuse to escape from work for a minute. (i only smoke at work or when i'm out with certain friends). so what can i do to convince myself to quit?
