working in the nonprofit sector has warped my sense of what's fair, commensurate pay

i have a call later today with hr where there's a high possibility salary will come up and i know what i want but this salary range could be as low as $40k up to $75k. it also hurts that it's a newer org but is well supported which throws off a lot of things
