i feel like im having a nervous break. i so wish i had the courage to just let it all be over bc it will never get better. im too old to start over. i spent so many years taking care of my mom and my dad and my mom died almost a year ago and dad is left and he's so dificult and my family doesn't even think of me, im not a person i just take care of him and live here for free and they probably think I'm so terrible because my dad does
our house is a mess bc i never want to do anything anymore, i escape into a book or something and i never want to come back out
I've been needing to get some help but every day is a hate and nobody cares enough about me to make sure im taken care of, it's just one other thing i need to do that i don't, i just wish i could disappear
