i didn't wear my retainer for a while bc i had a scrape in my mouth and now that I'm wearing it again it's digging into the roof of my mouth in a rly painful way
i cracked my retainer bc i apparently grind my teeth in my sleep and then it wasn't as effective and then i dropped it in the toilet, and THEN my wisdom teeth came in and shifted everything until it no longer fits
