it was so much bigger a turn out then i was expecting (my first time) but it was still ridiculously cozy and uplifting, all these different people being proud of their bodies and letting the world know who they are
we walked through the gay district and no one said anything negative and there was a lot of people cheering or chanting with the chants from the sidewalks or windows
the main pride parade of the city felt so distant and just... unpleasant compared to it
