nobody is saying only eat rice and beans dumbass, it's just obvious to everyone who isn't 12 that meat is more expensive than fruit, veg, and grains

the cheapest stuff you can buy usually has processed meat which you can combine with the rice and beans

meat doesn't equal steak meat and idt many meat eaters only eat meat anyway
