so the past week or so i've been really itchy on the palms of my hands and the soles of my feet - all over really but those places in particular. the first night i had it was so bad i couldn't sleep :c. i've tried lotion, doesn't help much. the past few nights i've taken benadryl and although i can't tell if it helps the itching i've been able to sleep through the night.
google basically told me allergies, scabies, or beetus.
i was staying in a house w/ cats, my palms and feet got super itchy every time i had a bath for some reason. the rest of the time it was all sinus-related
