i mean i'm sure there's a logical explanation. i was reading one that makes a lot of sense, that she took some kind of synthetic drug hard to detect from a tox screen and acted weird and wanted to get in the water to cool off mayb. and there were ladders to the roof and apparently the water tank lid was only 40 lbs, plus it'd make sense she took her clothes off to get in the water. idk the elevator footage is p creepy tho
