how would i go abt finding one? is that smthn that therapists will generally advertise?

i brought it up once when i had a stint in therapy but after babbling for 10 minutes the therapist gave me this weird look and was like "in our society men are elevated above women so its normal to be jealous of what they have" etc etc, and igss thats just the explanation i accepted for a while. but the more time passes the more it doesn't feel right, like it doesn't explain everything. idk.
