slathered myself in sunscreen, went out for a walk around the neighborhood to explore streets i hadn't seen before, sat in the park to read a chapter of a book, and got to pet a sweet brown tabby lazing about in the shade

i would have stayed out longer but i forgot to bring a bottle of water with me

and now i'm making some iced tea and actually feeling good for once so mission accomplished
