have any of u tried slim pasta? its a pasta that's 0 carbs and all fiber bc its made of some japanese plant

i bought some on a whim yesterday and i just had some with a homemade tomato & veggie sauce and turkey meatballs

its def expensive compared to pasta. one package = one meal

this is the one i got. it does taste a bit more rubbery but i didn't mind. i tend to look at pasta as a sauce delivery system so i didn't rlly care. it didn't absorb the sauce like regular pasta and that was a bummer :(

i've never tried the pasta but i know that plant and i absolutely hate the texture
