i was removing a huge patch of it

i was wearing gloves and long sleeves but i had to put bug-repellent on my face. it dripped into my eye with my sweat and i wiped it away with my sleeve before i could think

i've actually never reacted to it before...but my first time just would be on my face. or i could be paranoid

oooh yeah u might react, did it start burning right after ur sleeve touched ur face? it might have been nothing but if it starts swelling a lot go to urgent care, u don't want to have ur breathing impaired

yeah i'll keep an eye on it. i took a benedryl just in case

i only noticed it after my shower...i'm hoping my skin is just irritated by the bug repellent but i will watch for swelling

don't freak out or anything, my mom got some poison ivy to the face once while burning some brush and it was really bad but ur usually ok as long as ur not eating the stuff or so allergic that u go into anaphylaxis. worst case scenario u get a cortisone shot to take the swelling down
